People Officer (15-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)
Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home, with flexibility)
Up to £35,000 per annum
Flexi-hours (7:30am–6:00pm window, 7.5-hour day) + 3pm finish on Fridays
Location: Central Hertfordshire
Start date: End of May / early June 2026
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Officer to join our client's HR team on a 15-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, starting end of May / early June 2026.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of four (including one US-based colleague), supporting a workforce of around 260 employees. This is a varied role that blends HR administration with developing advisory responsibilities, offering a great opportunity to grow your HR career while making a real impact on employee experience.
