Full-time | Permanent

£40,000-£50,000 depending on experience

A rapidly growing, design-led business in the high-end interiors space is looking for a highly organised Project Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional client projects. Known for craftsmanship, precision, and premium service, this company prides itself on a seamless, “white glove” experience from concept to installation.

The Role

You’ll be the central link between sales and production – ensuring every project is fully prepared, accurately documented, and ready to run smoothly. From coordinating surveys and installations to managing project data and supporting operational improvements, you’ll keep everything (and everyone) on track You’ll also take oversight of warehouse coordination, ensuring materials and deliveries are organised, accounted for, and aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from sale through to production readiness
• Manage project data, documentation, and system updates
• Schedule site surveys and installations
• Liaise across sales, production, and logistics teams
• Ensure all specifications are complete and signed off pre-production
• Oversee warehouse organisation, stock, and project allocation
• Support and improve project management systems and workflows
• Keep projects moving—proactively chasing info and resolving gaps

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in construction, manufacturing, or operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with project management systems
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, process-driven, and solutions-focused
• Experience with logistics or warehouse operations is a bonus
