Customer Relations Agent

• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Location: Bournemouth (Office-Based)
• Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (£5 per confirmed contract)

We are seeking a Customer Relations Agent to join our Retention & Upselling team. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, offering the potential for long-term career development.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Call existing customers on a daily basis.
• Promote and upsell services such as Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR), Food Waste Collection, WEEE Waste, Confidential Waste, Feminine Hygiene & Washroom Services, and Carbon Offset Options.
• Use tailored templates to deliver persuasive value propositions to increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
• Follow up with undecided clients via calls, emails, or SMS to close deals.
• Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
• Attend weekly performance reviews and feedback sessions to enhance sales techniques.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Energetic, resilient, and target-driven personality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of recycling or environmental services.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
