Senior Analyst - Group FP&A - Central Amsterdam

Altum Consulting are partnering with a global technology business to recruit a Senior Analyst. Joining the Group FP&A team the successful candidate will support across financial planning, data analytics and KPI governance at a global level.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and data, ideal for someone who enjoys financial modelling while also improving how data is structured, automated, and used to drive decision-making. You'll help modernise reporting processes, enhance data quality, and deliver insights that support senior leadership.

Role:

• Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting and scenario analysis
• Own and improve KPI datasets, ensuring accuracy and strong governance
• Analyse and transform financial and operational data using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Automate reporting workflows and improve analytical processes
• Support management reporting and performance materials

You'll be/have:

• 5+ years' experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or business analysis.
• Ability to lead data analytics at a group level.
• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Experience working with data tools such as SQL, Python, PowerQuery, Databricks, or similar.
• Comfortable working with evolving data environments.
• Analytical, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
