School Receptionist

We are seeking a School Receptionist to join our team for the summer term, until July. This role is ideal for someone with prior school experience who can slot straight into the front office environment, handling both in-person parent interactions and general phone duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage the front office, serving as the first point of contact for parents and visitors coming into the school.
• Handle incoming calls, providing information and routing calls as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and management of standard documents and perform general administrative duties.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably within a school setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling office equipment and phone systems.
• Capable of using standard office software for document management.
