What's on offer:

• 3 or 4 days per week working from home. No weekend obligations!
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (full-time position)
• £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE (uncapped)
• Leads provided, no cold calling
• Additional benefits include 25 days plus bank holidays and free onsite parking

Mortgage Advisor Requirements: 

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with full CeMAP qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a driven and enthusiastic approach, with a personable manner suited to handling professional clients looking to purchase second homes and investment properties. A CAS status would be ideal. 

As a Mortgage Advisor, your role will involve the following:

• Writing mortgage applications, particularly for holiday lets and investment properties
• Handling incoming calls and emails, managing all leads with professionalism
• Building rapport and offering expert mortgage advice for clients dealing with second homes and investment opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Maintaining compliance and up-to-date product knowledge
• Working closely with the team to meet business targets and deliver client satisfaction
