We are looking for a Part-time Payroll Assistant to work Monday-Thursday 20 or 24hrs per week although we can be flexible.
We are looking for someone with previous Payroll/Accounts experience that has used Sage Accounts and is familiar with Excel.
It will involve:
Using Sage for basic duties such as entering new starter forms, bank details etc.
Managing the Mailbox (HMRC) Pension data within Sage.
Running Payroll start to finish, input and full processing of temporary workers payroll approx. 250-300 employees per work (this requires high volume and accurate inputting of data).
Sending Pension Correspondence
Processing Leavers
HMRC Reporting
Small monthly Payrolls
Setting up and authorising Bank payments - High value
State base deductions - DEA etc
SSP/SMP Payments
Receipting customer money
Administering Invoice Finance
Basic Reconciliation of Invoice Finance and business bank accounts
Basic Credit Control
Monthly PAYE Tax
Quarterly VAT
Petty Cash
Invoicing our Clients and inputting on to Sage accounts
