Private Client Solicitor – Doncaster

We are working with a well-established South Yorkshire firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Doncaster office.

Role Overview:

As a successful Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload and handle various matters, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and advising on a range of wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection
• Trusts

Your Profile:

The firm welcomes Private Client Solicitors with a range of experiences, from newly qualified (NQ) to senior candidates. For junior candidates, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. For senior candidates, the firm will tailor the role to align with your career aspirations.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and trusts
• 2-5 PQE (more senior candidates will be considered)
