We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Advisory Manager to lead the Employee Relations–focused HR Advisory service for a Local Authority.

Hybrid Working
This is a hands-on operational leadership role, ideal for an established interim who is confident managing complex ER casework, advising senior leaders and leading multi-layered HR teams in a fast-paced public sector environment.
Alongside leading the core HR Advisory function, the role includes strategic oversight of a traded Schools HR service, ensuring consistent standards, quality and alignment across both services.
