Internal Sales Apprentice (Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship)

We are recruiting an Internal Sales Apprentice to join a busy, office-based sales team within the construction and building materials sector. This role is ideal for a school or college leaver, or someone looking to start a long-term career through a Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship, combining structured learning with hands-on experience.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Long Crendon, Buicks

About the Apprenticeship:

• Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship qualification
• Full training and ongoing support provided
• Combination of on-the-job learning and formal qualification
• Development of customer service, sales, and office-based skills

Key Duties:

• Answer customer enquiries via phone and email
• Assist with sales orders, quotations, and customer requests
• Update internal systems with accurate order and delivery information
• Support delivery coordination with suppliers and couriers
• Carry out general office administration tasks
• Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous office or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
