Job Description: Logistics Support

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Logistics Support.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career in supply chain and logistics.

In this role, you will support buying activities across all customers and coordinate materials for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Supervisor
• Coordinate materials for assigned customers to ensure availability aligns with demand
• -Support buying activities across all customers, including raising and managing purchase orders
• Prepare and maintain order status reports (including daily CTB reporting)
• Proactively manage order schedules, including push-outs and pull-ins in line with changing demand
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on overdue orders to minimise shortages
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (orders, delivery dates, pricing)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or logistics (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Confident using ERP/MRP systems
• Strong Excel skills (essential), including ability to manage and analyse data
• Other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook)
