A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join one of its core department, a busy claimant PI team.

The role involves managing a caseload of EL, PL and OL fast-track matters. You will run files independently, handle litigation, use the Damages Claims Portal, instruct counsel, and attend court where required locally, with great senior solicitor support available.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, with a strong culture of mutual support and clear opportunities for career progression.

Hours & Flexibility

• 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9–5 with 1-hour lunch)
• Hybrid working: minimum 1–2 office days once trained up
• Flexi-time, flexible start/finish times, childcare days, and social leave (2hrs a month)

Requirements

• Ideally 2–3 PQE in Personal Injury or more
• Hands-on litigation experience
