Business Development Manager - Hospitality Channel

Description

The Business Development Manager - Hospitality Channel will be responsible for actively identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities withe regional accounts and independent venues and hotels across the UK, however with a focus on London and the South East to begin with.

The Business Development Manager will focus on pipeline development through utilising their network and contacts, as well as research and attending events and industry gatherings, building these relationships, winning new business and contracts and building a strategic plan through market knowledge to continue driving pipeline.

Profile

The Business Development Manager - Hospitality Channel will come with the following skills and experiences.

  • a strong business development and hunter mindset
  • background in sales and new business
  • excellent relationship building skills, networking skills and presentation ability
  • strong closing ability, mobile across customer meetings
  • very proactive with excellent negotiations skills also
  • based around the London and South East area and mobile across the region
  • excellent IT skills
  • self-starter and driven by hitting KPIs and targets
  • fluent in English but other language skills would be an advantage

This role is a remote one, so we expect candidates to have a suitable home-working set up but able to travel extensively across London and the SE to see customers.

Job Offer

£40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience as a base salary, with a 5% company bonus, commissions package for new business plus standard contract benefits.
