Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Chichester. This is a varied role combining sales support, marketing coordination, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
  • Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately

Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Assist with social media management, content creation, and scheduling
  • Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Assist with internal communications and documentation

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
