Here at GXO, we’re seeking 2Operations Managers, you will take end-to-end responsibility for coordinating the operation within the Zara contract based in Crick, ensuring outstanding service delivery while meeting both immediate and long-term site objectives. You will lead through people, performance, and culture – delivering KPIs in line with agreed budgets, embedding GXO values, and promoting the quality and value of the site both internally and externally.
These are full-time, permanent positions. You will work Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts including 07:00 till 15:00, 10:00 till 18:00 and 15:00 till 23:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
