Description

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting processes across the group.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions and transactions.
• Oversee VAT compliance and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with external advisors and auditors as required.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Prepare and present tax-related reports to senior management.

Profile

A successful Group Tax Manager should have:

• A professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax and VAT.
• Proven experience in managing tax compliance within a complex organisation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
