Manage a full Private Client Lawyer caseload independently
Draft Wills and advise on estate planning
Handle Estate Administration matters from start to finish
Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney
Undertake Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
Conduct client meetings and maintain strong ongoing relationships
Work closely with a supportive wider team based nearby
This role offers genuine autonomy while still providing access to support, legal tech, and resources when needed. What we are looking for
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (SRA or CILEX)
Strong experience in Private Client matters, including Wills and Estate Administration
Ability to work independently and confidently manage a caseload
Professional and personable approach with high-net-worth clients
Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
Desirable:
STEP qualification or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation
Experience in Court of Protection and Deputyships
