The Role
As the school's new DT Teacher, you'll deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 within one or more DT specialisms (e.g., Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics, or Food Technology). The department is well-resourced, forward-thinking, and supported by strong leadership.You'll be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging DT lessons that inspire creativity and problem-solving
• Assess and track pupil progress in line with school policies
• Maintain a safe workshop environment, ensuring compliance with H&S standards
• Contribute to the wider school community and department development

What You'll Need

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching DT at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and workshop confidence
• A commitment to high standards and pupil success
