We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background selling payroll services into the UK construction sector.

This role is strictly for candidates with previous construction payroll sales experience. Applicants without this background will not be considered.

You will be responsible for winning new business, developing relationships with construction companies, and growing an established client base across the UK.

The Role

• Winning new payroll service clients within construction

• Developing relationships with contractors, subcontractors and labour suppliers

• Speaking with Directors, Finance Directors and Payroll Managers

• Managing the full sales process from lead generation through to close

• Building and managing your own pipeline

• Driving revenue growth across the business

Requirements

• Previous experience selling payroll services into construction is essential

• Strong understanding of the UK construction market

• Proven track record in business development and sales

• Confident communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, driven and commercially focused

• Ability to work independently and generate new opportunities
