The role / responsibilities
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of facilities and compliance services across a multi-site commercial portfolio.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring buildings are compliant, well maintained and supported by effective service delivery.

* Oversee compliance across all managed properties, ensuring statutory and contractual obligations are met.
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality delivery across all services.
* Review RAMS and manage permit processes across sites.
* Conduct site audits and provide detailed reporting on compliance, risk and building condition.
* Lead and support a facilities team, ensuring workloads are balanced and cover is in place.
* Run regular team meetings to review priorities and performance.
* Act as escalation point for operational issues across the portfolio.
* Produce monthly reports outlining performance, risks and progress.
* Identify improvements and support implementation across the portfolio.
* Contribute to mobilisation of new properties and support business growth.

The skills / requirements
We are looking for a Facilities Manager with a strong background in commercial property environments and a practical approach to service delivery.

* Working knowledge of facilities management within commercial office environments.
* Understanding of both hard and soft FM services.
* Experience using CAFM systems and managing PPM programmes.
* IOSH qualification is required, with NEBOSH desirable.
* Knowledge of risk assessments and method statements.
* Confident using Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to manage contractors and multiple sites effectively.
* Strong communication skills with clients, tenants and internal teams.
* Comfortable handling escalations and resolving issues calmly.
* Willingness to travel between sites with access to a vehicle.
