We're looking for a General Manager for the Grazing Cow in Telford. Salary from £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Grazing Cow in Telford and lead the team to success!

About the pub
Trading at around £29,000 per week on a balanced 50/50 split, this is a well-established business with strong wet sales and plenty of opportunity to grow further. The pub sits close to a busy supermarket and a large housing estate, giving it access to both loyal local trade and strong passing custom. Inside, the site offers a large trading area with multiple drinking and dining spaces, combining relaxed armchair seating with booth dining, and is well presented throughout.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator who knows how to build a strong community feel while driving pace, standards and sales. There is clear potential to grow the business through local engagement, midweek food, live entertainment and a strong Rhythm of the Week plan. We're looking for someone who is confident leading from the front and able to balance a quality food offer with a busy local bar trade. With the right person in place, the Grazing Cow has all the ingredients to become an even stronger community favourite.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a two bedroom flat.
