The Opportunity As Rest of the World Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of financial operations across international regions, working directly with senior leadership to drive performance, insight and decision-making.

?? What You'll Be Doing

• Owning reporting across multiple international entities (outside of the UK/EU)
• Leading the monthly management accounts process - from P&L to cashflow and board reporting
• Mentoring and developing a team of Management Accountants
• Driving process improvement, efficiencies and best practice across a growing group
• Partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with insightful analysis
• Navigating multi-currency environments and international financial operations

?? What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in foreign currency / multi-currency accounting
• A track record of successfully managing and developing teams
• Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) preferred, but exceptional QBE candidates absolutely considered
• Strong systems exposure - NetSuite / Oracle experience a bonus 
• Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge and improve
