We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who is passionate about coffee and excels in providing exceptional customer service. This role is vital for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring a delightful experience with every interaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect coffee solutions for various office areas.
  • Manage machine order specifications and oversee the ordering process, including lease arrangements and customization of orders to meet client specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and installations as necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Support clients with orders for coffee and other consumables, ensuring a continuous supply and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and they are delighted with the services provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A deep love for coffee and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in client-facing communications and problem resolution.
