The Role:

As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the business. Your responsibilities will include generating valuation leads, attending appointments, and converting opportunities into new instructions. You will also be involved in property viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales process to ensure each transaction progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE of £35,000
• Strong commission structure
• 5-day working week
