The Role:As Assistant SENCO, you will work with the Strategic Leadership Team to raise achievement for pupils facing significant barriers to education.
Specialist Intervention: Lead and model best practices for staff working with complex SEMH needs.
Assessment & Tracking: Analyse data to set challenging, achievable individual targets.
Collaborative Leadership: Work with parents, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support.
Strategic Support: Assist in whole-school self-review and development planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS teaching qualification.
Proven track record with SEMH and SEN pupils.
Excellent communicator able to engage "hard-to-reach" students.
