A major luxury residential development in West London is seeking a polished and operationally strong Senior Concierge to support the day-to-day running of a busy front-of-house operation.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone from a luxury residential, hotel, or high-end hospitality background who is confident leading teams, handling resident escalations, and maintaining exceptional service standards within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the concierge/front-of-house team
• Maintain exceptional resident service standards at all times
• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and shift handovers
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Support rota management including holidays, lateness, and sickness
• Work closely with site leadership and operational teams
• Ensure communal areas and front-of-house presentation remain to a high standard
• Assist with incident handling, reporting, and general site operations

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within luxury residential, hotels, or premium hospitality
• Strong front-of-house and customer service background
• Confident managing people and leading by example
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
• Professional, proactive, and operationally strong
• Able to handle a busy resident-facing environment

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off
• Day shifts
• Typically 7am-7pm
