Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

£14.20 per hour | Up to £33,228
Full-time | 45 hours per week | Monday-Friday

Academics are supporting a welcoming early years setting near Tonbridge with the recruitment of a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing team focused on child-led learning, outdoor play, and creating a fun, safe environment for children aged 0-5.

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS
• Support children's development through play and creative activities
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Complete observations and assessments using Tapestry
• Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and independence
• Support team members, students, and daily nursery routines

Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above)
Minimum 2 years' experience with ages 0-5
Good EYFS knowledge
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
