About the role
Assist with a varied Private Client caseload
Support on drafting Wills and estate planning documents
Assist with Estate Administration matters
Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
Support with Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
Attend client meetings and assist with relationship management
Work closely with an experienced team while developing your skills
This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure and the chance to build your experience in Private Client law. What we are looking for
Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal
Strong interest in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
Professional and confident when dealing with clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable:
Working towards qualification (SQE, CILEX or equivalent)
Exposure to Court of Protection work
