We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where creativity, precision, and passion are valued every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and maintaining your section to exceptional standards
• Preparing and presenting dishes with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining impeccable hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials inspired by Caribbean flavours and global techniques
• Working collaboratively within a disciplined, professional brigade

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fine-dining or Michelin kitchen
• Passion for modern Caribbean cuisine, fine dining, and innovation
• Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a Michelin-level culture
• Professionalism, discipline, and a strong team mentality
