Elevation Recruitment are currently supporting a global manufacturer in their search for a Production Supervisor, based at their factory in Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical process within a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing environment.

You will lead the end-to-end production process, driving performance, improving flow, and ensuring the on-time delivery of customer orders. You’ll oversee multiple production areas, empowering teams to achieve operational excellence while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance output, efficiency, and quality.

Working closely in a team of Production Supervisors you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, setting objectives, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position where your ability to influence, engage, and inspire will be crucial.

Key responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

• Driving the safe and efficient flow of work across the value stream, ensuring optimal productivity
• Leading and coordinating multiple production teams to deliver against customer demand
• Taking full ownership of team performance, safety, and wellbeing
• Developing and executing robust production plans to meet operational targets
• Ensuring effective labour planning so all production cells are fully optimised
• Coaching and developing Cell Leaders and production teams to build capability and engagement
• Monitoring inventory, reducing waste, and improving overall material efficiency
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce costs
• Supporting training and development to build a flexible, multi-skilled workforce
• Promoting a strong health & safety culture across all activities

We’re looking for Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage teams at all levels
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and delivering results
