The Role

The Event Coordinator role sits within the events division and is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of corporate events from initial enquiry through to post-event reconciliation.

This is a broad role with responsibilities including:  

-          Support end-to-end event delivery alongside Event Managers  

-          Act as a point of client contact where required

-          Coordinate logistical elements of events  

-          Source and liaise with suppliers including venues

-          Support with delegate management and venue sourcing

-          Deliver small events or event elements from end to end

-          Maintain event records and processes  

-          Assist with budgets and finances  

-          Assisting with general event administration

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have a solid foundational skill set within the corporate events industry; ideally with exposure of supporting on the end to end delivery of B2B conference style events or venue sourcing enquiries. We are seeking strong organisational and administrative skills coupled with a can do attitude.
