About the Role

We are recruiting Grass Cutters to support grounds maintenance teams based in Mountsorrel or Croft. This is a physically demanding outdoor role requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors all day in varying weather conditions
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team

Duties

• Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
• Safe use of tools and equipment
• Supporting the team to maintain outdoor areas to a high standard
