Site Manager - Retail Refurbishment

Location: Great Yarmouth

Start Date: 8th June

End Date: 10th August

Duration: 10 weeks

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail refurbishment to oversee the full conversion of an existing retail store into a new outdoor retail store.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
  

   

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works run to programme
  

   

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  

   

• Liaising with project managers and stakeholders
  

   

• Ensuring quality delivery within tight retail timelines
  

   

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in retail fit-out or refurb projects
  

   

• Strong leadership and communication skills
  

   

• Ability to manage fast-paced programmes
  

   

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
