Private Client Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified private client solicitor / chartered legal executive to join this highly regarded private wealth team. This role focuses on advising wills, succession planning and trust matters, for a HNW and UHNW client base.

You will join a private wealth team known for its technical strength and collaborative approach. 

The Role:

• Advising clients on estate and succession planning
• Providing guidance on lifetime planning
• Advising on the creation, structuring and ongoing management of trusts
• Supporting clients with inheritance tax and capital gains tax considerations 
• Assisting business owners with succession and pre-exit planning strategies
• Preparing lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on deeds of variation and post-death planning arrangements

Your Experience:

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with circa 4 years’ PQE
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts and lifetime planning
• Experience advising high net worth individuals and families 
• Technical understanding of tax considerations in estate planning

An interest in continuing professional development, with support available for STEP and/or CTA qualifications

Ideal person is someone who can explain complex estate planning matters in a clear, pragmatic way while building trust with clients.
