Senior Commercial Manager – Defence Sector

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading organisation within the defence sector. This is a key commercial role supporting major programmes and new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial strategy, manage risk and maximise value.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing complex defence contracts, , alongside proven commercial negotiation and programme financial management expertise. You will play a pivotal role in contract governance, customer relationships, commercial performance and strategic bid support.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing large, complex contracts within the Defence sector
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with UK Defence contractual frameworks
• Financial and risk management expertise within programme environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience

Defence and/or aerospace industry experience is highly desirable. Occasional UK travel required.
