Role: Lead Generator

Salary: £25,300 plus commission

Morgan Parkes Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lead Generator on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Commercial Sales & Excellence team where as a Lead Generator you will play a key role in supporting customers through the early stages of their buying journey. Acting as the first point of contact following flooring sample requests, as a Lead Generator you will help nurture enquiries into qualified sales opportunities for the Flooring Experts team.

This position offers hybrid working, with 3–4 days per week based in the Coventry office. Full time hours are based on a 37.5-hour week working either 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm on a rota basis.

The Role

• Contact customers following flooring sample requests to gather feedback and understand requirements
• Provide knowledgeable product guidance and answer customer queries
• Support customers throughout their decision-making journey
• Arrange follow-up calls, consultations and appointments for the sales team
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Build trusted customer relationships while delivering a world-class service

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Customer focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple follow ups effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive and target driven
• Previous experience within customer service, sales support or lead generation would be advantageous
