Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £32,000 basic + £7,200 car allowance + uncapped commission
OTE: £80,000 - £100,000+
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (Tuesday-Thursday office based)
Macildowie are working exclusively with this fast-growing client based in Nottingham to recruit a Business Development Manager for an international SaaS business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised software business that provides market-leading tech solutions to the professional services sector across the UK and internationally. With continued growth plans and significant investment into the sales function, the business is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to join their expanding team.
The role will suit someone with previous B2B sales, SaaS sales or business development experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
You’ll be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, conducting software demonstrations and closing deals with legal professionals and business owners. This is a consultative sales environment where understanding client challenges and positioning software solutions effectively is key.
Full product training and ongoing support will be provided.
