This role is ideal for those who want to teach across multiple key stages, gain professional development, and make a lasting impact on students' academic progress. Full ECT induction and mentorship are available for newly qualified teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons for KS4 and KS5
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
• Differentiate lessons to challenge students of all abilities
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to the development of the Maths department and sixth form provision

Ideal Candidate

• QTS or on track to achieve QTS (ECTs welcome)
• Experience teaching KS4 and/or KS5 Maths (desirable for experienced teachers)
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Resilient, enthusiastic, and committed to student achievement
