Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end legal, corporate and administrative affairs for a portfolio of Capital Markets clients
  • Execute complex corporate transactions, including incorporations, liquidations, migrations and closings
  • Review and sign off on legal and transaction documentation in line with strict internal policies
  • Partner with internal accounting teams to manage the financial aspects of specific client transactions
  • Manage client board meetings, ensuring timely preparation and high-quality organisation
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring a service-oriented culture and rapid response times
  • Identify commercial upsell opportunities to maximise revenue from existing and new clients
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring all compliance and KYC policies are strictly adhered to
  • Manage the billing lifecycle, including invoice review and timely cash collection

About You:

  • University degree or professional qualification in Law, Tax, Commerce, or Accounting (CGI/ICSA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or financial services environment
  • Solid knowledge of the Capital Markets industry, specifically regarding SPVs, structured finance and securitisation
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to work under your own initiative without constant direction
  • Team-oriented mindset with a flexible, pragmatic and service-minded approach
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
