Join an established law firm, renowned for its client-focused approach and commitment to honesty, integrity, and long-term relationships. They are currently seeking a Solicitor to join their Commercial Conveyancing Team, focusing on Commercial Lease, Sales, Purchases, and Refinancing for various properties including shops, offices, and units. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career development and to build on existing experience in a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle complex transactions related to Commercial Lease, Sales, Purchases, and Refinancing.
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized deals, occasionally handling large deals in the millions. 
  • Provide legal advice to a variety of clients including those in hospitality, pubs, bed and breakfasts, and children's nurseries, assisting with asset purchases and sales.
  • Ensure all transactions are conducted smoothly and meet client expectations for professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior staff and participate in the training provided by the firm to deepen understanding of commercial property transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple complex legal tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of legal practice.
  • Motivation to lead, learn, and grow within a supportive team environment.
