We are recruiting for an Air Import Clerk to join a busy air freight team at Heathrow. This role is open to both experienced candidates and junior applicants looking to develop a career in air freight and logistics.

• Manage air import shipments from arrival through to clearance and delivery
• Prepare and check import documentation (AWBs, invoices, customs entries)
• Coordinate customs clearance in line with current regulations
• Liaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with customs and CAA requirements

• Previous air import or freight forwarding experience preferred, but junior candidates will be considered
• Basic understanding of customs procedures and import documentation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
