Responsibilities include maintaining the CRM system, managing customer inquiries, processing enquiries, and assisting with sales reporting. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the business’s growth by ensuring timely and efficient sales administration processes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are essential. Experience in the construction industry and understanding of the tender process would be beneficial but not essential.
