Leeds (Hybrid)

A growing, modern law firm based in North Leeds is seeking an additional team member to join its Commercial Property department.

The firm is led by an experienced Managing Partner who brings a strong client following and excellent long-standing relationships.

The culture is friendly, collaborative and non-hierarchical, with a genuine team-focused approach. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner and a Trainee and will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Grants of leases
• New leases
• Commercial sales and purchases
• Development work

Despite its size, the firm punches above its weight, acting for a diverse client base that includes well-known local businesses, high-net-worth individuals, healthcare providers, investment clients and banks, with work spanning Leeds, Harrogate and London.
