Job Description:You will start with a short-term training period where you will be taken through our operating systems and sales processes. Within a short period of time, you will be developing your own customer base and building relationships to nurture your long-term earning potential.
In your first months you will be mentored by experienced sales managers and a sales coach who will train you on all aspects of the account management role.
We have industry leading standards to maintain, and this role will be at the forefront.
Every member of the sales team is focused on their own individual targets which means you are in charge of your own earnings with the support of a team around you.

Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic salary
1st year £60,000 OTE
2nd year £72,000 OTE
3rd year £88,000 OTE
