Elite Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Worcester, for a Private Client Solicitor with around 2 years PQE to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trusts
• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing files efficiently in line with regulatory requirements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Approximately 2 years PQE within Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
