Basic: £20,000 Guarantee of £33,500 for first 3 months

Our client is offering a wonderful opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.

Duties will include:

• Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
• Answer telephone and email enquiries
• Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental agreements
• Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
• Reference and credit checks
• Register new tenancies.
• Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Good attention to detail
• Confident attitude with a proactive approach to workload
• Commitment to work
• Good clean presentation to represent the company well
• The willingness and ability to learn and retain key information
• Administrative Skills
• Full UK driving licence
