The role sits in a highly visible team with direct exposure to senior leadership and genuine influence across the business.

THE ROLE

  • Evaluating the impact of new propositions, product ideas and marketing initiatives
  • Carrying out commercial modelling to assess upside, risk and wider portfolio impact
  • Supporting test-and-learn activity through hypothesis development, measurement and insight generation
  • Acting as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, challenging thinking and shaping decisions
  • Working across transactional, behavioural and digital journey data to produce actionable insight

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in data analytics within a commercial environment
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Python and/or R experience for advanced analysis
  • Experience in segmentation, clustering and cohort analysis
  • Exposure to digital analytics and experimentation work
  • Experience using BI or dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
  • A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Experience in a regulated industry would be beneficial

BENEFITS

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £80,000-£95,000, alongside a strong bonus and benefits package. This is a high-autonomy role with real business impact, excellent exposure to senior leadership and the chance to work on varied, commercially meaningful analytics problems in a fast-paced environment.
