Accommodation: Live-in private en-suite room on lower ground floor with separate entrance and use of a kitchenette.

A fantastic opportunity for a proactive, experienced Live In Housekeeper to join a newly established, minimal and immaculately presented private home in Knightsbridge. Supporting a young, single Principal, this role will suit someone confident working independently and setting high standards from the outset.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for the daily housekeeping of a five storey, six bedroom home (plus mews house and garage), maintaining exceptional standards throughout. This is a hands on position requiring initiative, organisation, and discretion.
You will work alongside a weekend housekeeper to ensure seamless 7 day coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and maintaining a pristine home
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
• Deep cleaning and seasonal organisation
• Managing deliveries, household supplies and liaising with vendors
• Occasional light cooking
• Supporting with pet care, including ad hoc dog walking if needed
• Assisting during guest visits
• Maintaining discretion and a professional, hands on approach

The Household

• Single Principal
• Recently relocated to London
• Occasional visits from family
• One dog in residence

• Newly set up household - you will establish systems and routines
• Five floors; lift does not reach top two levels
• Calm, composed and solutions focused approach essential

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a similar private household role
• High standards in housekeeping and laundry
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Discreet, professional and confident in approach
• Comfortable with dogs
• Good English (French a bonus)
• Ex Yacht background considered
• Must be available to start a new role ASAP will only consider candidates available ASAP or within a weeks' notice.
