Practice Bookkeeper- Coalisland

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a long standing and highly reputable Accountancy Practice based in Coalisland.

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a full or part time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team, working with a diverse client base and gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting duties.

Responsibilities

• Solid experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an accountancy practice or similar environment
• Proficient in preparing VAT returns, year-end accounts, and management accounts
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

Criteria:

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience working at a Bookkeeping/ Assistant Accountant level
• Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice setting is preferable
• IT Proficient
• The ability to work independently and as a team player
