Package: £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000+)

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree or experience working in a sales environment
• Strong ambition and drive to succeed
• Excellent time management and work ethic
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• A personality that thrives in a meritocratic and autonomous environment
